Accessibility statement
What this site does to stay usable for every visitor, where its limits sit, and how to report a problem.
Commitment to accessible pages
Hero Signal Media aims to make this website usable by visitors with a wide range of abilities and technologies. Pages are built with semantic headings, readable contrast between text and background, descriptive link wording, and layouts that adapt to narrow screens without forcing horizontal scrolling.
Features built into the site
Navigation can be reached with a keyboard, images that carry meaning include alternative text, and the mobile menu works with touch and assistive input alike. Body text is set at a comfortable size, and visitors may zoom the pages in their browser without losing access to content or controls.
Known limits
The enquiry form relies on the visitor own email application to send the message, which some assistive setups handle awkwardly. Anyone inconvenienced by the form can skip it entirely and write directly to the studio email address or call the telephone number instead, with identical handling once the message arrives.
Telling us about a barrier
Anyone who meets an accessibility problem here is asked to report it by email to aidansowa@outlook.com or by phone on 401-219-4207, describing the page and the difficulty in whatever detail is convenient. Reports are taken seriously, fixes are prioritised alongside other site maintenance, and the reporter will be told what changed as a result.
