Privacy policy

How information submitted through this website is collected, used, stored and controlled by the person who sent it.

Information collected through this website

When a visitor sends the contact form, the studio receives the name, email address and message content supplied in that form. The enquiry form on this site opens the visitor own email application addressed to the studio, so the message travels as an ordinary email and is read by the founder for the purpose of answering the enquiry.

Ordinary server and analytics records may also note technical facts such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location derived from an internet address. Such records are used to keep the website working and to understand which pages visitors find useful.

How submitted information is used

Enquiry details are used to reply, to prepare proposals, and to keep a record of conversations the studio has held with prospective and current clients. Contact information is never sold, rented or handed to list brokers, and it is not added to marketing newsletters without a clear request from the person concerned.

Cookies and similar tools

This website keeps its use of cookies modest. A small number may be set by embedded media or by the browser itself during ordinary browsing, and visitors can control cookies through their own browser settings without losing access to the substance of these pages.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry records are kept while a conversation or client relationship remains active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Anyone who has written to the studio may ask what information is held about them, request a correction, or ask for deletion, by emailing aidansowa@outlook.com and identifying the original message.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, the revised text will be published on this page with the new wording taking effect from publication. Visitors who care about the detail are encouraged to check this page occasionally rather than relying on a saved copy from an earlier visit.
